Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns 

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on full-priced items purchased online, provided:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.


International Returns

International customers are also eligible to return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions outlined above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hq@revl.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the warehouse address.
  3. Send the item back to us (return shipping is at your expense).
  4. Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
  5. You will receive email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3–4 business days to appear depending on your bank.


Do I Have to Pay to Have My Garment Sent Back to Your Warehouse?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.

However, if REVL is at fault including faulty garments, incorrect items sent, or dispatch errors, return shipping will be covered by us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as REVL is not responsible for lost return parcels.


Damaged Goods

While we take great care in preparing every order, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us promptly at hq@revl.com.au.

Our team will guide you through the assessment process.

If the item is confirmed as faulty:

  • Return shipping will be covered by REVL
  • You may choose a replacement (subject to availability), or a full refund

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not considered faulty.


Refund Details

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return has been received and assessed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
